Pricing follows monitored spend
ToTheCent is priced by the amount of AI-provider spend monitored each month, not by user seats. Core and Growth provide the same foundation for reconciliation, cost attribution, reporting, and advisory waste findings. The spend band determines the list price because larger billing estates create more data, reconciliation work, and operational complexity.
Core
Up to $25,000 monthly AI spend

For teams establishing a reliable cost record across provider usage, telemetry, and invoices. Core includes the deterministic reconciliation engine, monitored-spend attribution, reporting, and software-generated advisory findings.
Growth
$25,000–$75,000 monthly AI spend
$900 / month
For growing AI products with a broader model, project, and customer mix. Growth retains the same core capabilities while covering the higher volume and operational complexity of a larger monitored billing estate.
Enterprise
More than $75,000 monthly AI spend
Custom

Purchasing
All prices above are monthly list prices in US dollars. They do not describe a payment, banking, or financial service. ToTheCent only provides software analytics for AI spend and never holds or moves customer funds. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and contracting seller at checkout, handles payment and invoicing, and calculates applicable tax under its buyer terms. Negotiated discounts are not separate public tiers.
