Software for accountable AI spend

ToTheCent is a software analytics service for businesses that use commercial AI models and need a dependable account of what those systems cost. It combines provider usage data, effective-dated pricing, cost telemetry, and billing records to reconcile AI spend and explain differences. Its deterministic calculation engine performs the cost work; language models do not calculate, alter, or approve monetary values.

The service is designed for AI-native companies, software teams, finance leaders, and operators who need to understand model costs by product, customer, feature, or workload. It supports cost attribution, invoice reconciliation, and identification of measurable waste such as avoidable retries, inefficient model selection, and unnecessary context.

What ToTheCent is not

ToTheCent analyses operational and billing data. It does not execute payments, provide bank or payment accounts, transmit money, custody funds, arrange investments, or provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. Customers remain responsible for their provider accounts, invoices, purchasing decisions, and the review of any analytical output before acting on it.
